There are many who are keepers of the ancient wisdom of the tradition of yoga and the Vedas, each with his/her own grace. Swami Veda Bharati was known from the age of nine years as a foremost exponent and expert of the Tradition, its texts and practices. For the past 55 years he has been an international teacher, lecturer and writer. In this time he has gained much insight and shares the same freely. He was initiated by his spiritual Master Swami Rama of the Himalayas.
The Himalayan Tradition is an unbroken stream of spiritual knowledge flowing from the great sages of the Himalayan Cave Monasteries. The initial purpose of the Tradition is to fully awaken the divine flame that lies within every human being and emphasizes purification of thoughts and emotions. Meditation is a way of making the unconscious; conscious, the unknown; known and the Infinite Truth realized.
