Preparation Guidelines

First Time Participants
Work with your body carefully and gently. Observe and respect your body's capacity.
Exclude gradually from your diet:
By Tuesdayall meats, fish and cheese
By Wednesdayall pasta and bread
By Thursdayconsume only vegetables (cooked or raw) and fruits
By Fridayliquid diet - for example: cream soup, meal replacement drinks, or fruit juices etcetera
Repeat Participants
By Mondayall meats, fish and processed foods
By Tuesdayall pasta and bread
By Wednesdayconsume only vegetables (cooked or raw) and fruit
By Thursdayconsume only vegetables (cooked or raw) and fruits
By Fridayliquid diet - for example: juices, yogurt, cream soup, meal replacement (if very hungary)
