Preparation Guidelines
| First Time Participants | |
| Work with your body carefully and gently. Observe and respect your body's capacity. Exclude gradually from your diet: | |
| By Tuesday | all meats, fish and cheese |
| By Wednesday | all pasta and bread |
| By Thursday | consume only vegetables (cooked or raw) and fruits |
| By Friday | liquid diet - for example: cream soup, meal replacement drinks, or fruit juices etcetera |
| Repeat Participants | |
| By Monday | all meats, fish and processed foods |
| By Tuesday | all pasta and bread |
| By Wednesday | consume only vegetables (cooked or raw) and fruit |
| By Thursday | consume only vegetables (cooked or raw) and fruits |
| By Friday | liquid diet - for example: juices, yogurt, cream soup, meal replacement (if very hungary) |
